3. was in Surreal Estate while he was in the Laughing Hyenas. Surreal Estate released an album, called La Revolution Surrealiste, in 1985 on Salvador Records. Jim Kimball played acoustic & elctric percussion and he did the backing vocals. The other Surreal Estate members on this album are Ron DeVore (bass, vocals) and Matt Hanson (guitars, sticks, vocals).
